今日は２学期末のお楽しみ「クリスマスイベント」を開催しました。

幼稚部と合同で鑑賞したミニコンサートはフルグラスファイブという管楽器グループの生演奏。普段なかなか聞くことのない美しい音色に聞き入ったり、知っている曲があると一緒に歌たったり、踊ったりして楽しむことができました。学校に戻ってからは友達とのプレゼント交換と給食もいつもとは違うクリスマスメニューを楽しみ大満足のひと時を過ごしました。そしていよいよ子ども達が楽しみにしていた冬休みを迎えます。

Today the students had their annual school Christmas Party. First, they went to the preschool to watch a professional music performance by a brass band. Then, they came back to the elementary to exchange their Secret Santa gifts and listen to the story of Christmas.  Last, they were able to enjoy a nice Christmas lunch, cafeteria style in the multipurpose room.

The students are all ready to enjoy to upcoming winter holidays.
